I just got a conformation call that a 3rd friend of mine kicked nicotine addiction with the help of the Allen Carr book I recommended, and used myself. Go me! Go Allen Carr!
There are two more people that I actually gave a copy of the book to as a tool for when they are ready to quit. They haven’t read it, but I hope one day they will.

2007 I managed to break free of smoking for 6 months. (Using the nicotine patch) Then in a moment of weakness I smoked, and continued to smoke for 4 months. Until I purchased and read the Allen Carr book, “The Easy Way To Stop Smoking”. That’s when I truly became a “NONSMOKER”. (That was March 10 of 2008) It’s now 30 months later, (September 28, 2010) and I am still thankful for Allen Carr’s book, because I remain a NONSMOKER. “Thank you Allen Carr”
I know your thinking, “how in the WORLD can a BOOK, help me quit smoking”?! (I thought the same thing) But I was very pleasantly surprised, when I was a nonsmoker 5 day’s later, and remain a nonsmoker 15 months later!
The book is a mere $15.00, but “it will be the most valuable purchase you will ever make”, and you continue to smoke while you read it. (I finished it in 5 days) You will not be sorry you bought it.
Even though I know there are people who have quit, and remain quit, using the patch. I don’t recommend using nicotine patches, because “nicotine is what our bodies are addicted to”. (In my opinion, and Allen Carr’s) the nicotine patch drags out the process to kick the nicotine addiction, and it’s expensive.
Just for kicks:
I’ll list some of the more expensive things I’ve used, (that failed) before using the book.
Nicotine patches, ($27.00 a box, per week) for the first 6 weeks, then more patches for the next step down 6 weeks, then the last step down 6 weeks. “After all that”, YOUR BODYS STILL ADDICTED TO NICOTINE!
What a hoaks!
Hypnosis, $75.00. (Smoked on the way home)
Laser acupuncture, $350.00. “STICK EM UP”! (Don’t bother)
Then another attempted round of nicotine patches.
Do yourself a favor, “GET THE BOOK”, and let me know how you did. “You will never be SORRY you quit”!! Good luck.
