Watching my diet, exercise, and supplements is how I lost most of the 14 pounds over the last year. The last few weeks I added working with a trainer, and protein, for a more efficient work out. Down 4 pounds over the last month. Yeha!

I had been seriously working on this goal for about 9 months, and was actually one pound from meeting this goal, but had a health issue pop up, and was put on an antibiotic that is known for tendon injury so I stopped working out for 2 months, Nov. and Dec.
Needless to say my fat cells loved the holiday cooking! I gained 7 pounds back. UGH
What I did (at the time)to get rid of it – Exercise every day, and watch what I ate. It was slow at times but I kept at it, and stayed active.
The lose 10 pounds goal has to come first. I have set a goal on my Wii fit, to take off 5 pounds in 30 days, so that’s the plan. 5 pounds at a time.

You wouldn’t think losing 2 pounds a week would be that hard. I didn’t lose last week, (stayed the same) and there’s a real possibility of not losing this week. (After all the BBQ’s and open houses this Holiday weekend) But at least I haven’t put the three pounds I lost back on! (Thank God)
I am a mere 14 day’s shy of 3 months of not smoking, I’m hoping after that, the sweet’s cravings will “stop”, and dieting will be easier.

To have 20 pounds of fat off me by the first day of summer! I have been walking more, and exercising everyday for a good month, so far I have shaved a inch off my thighs! I was hoping to see some results off my waist line by now though, so I joined weight watchers on 4/30/08.

I did about 40 minutes of exercise, then met my friend about 9 AM at a nearby park with trails, and walked about an hour. We have a plan to do that three days a week. I’m kicking this fat to the curb! (I hope)
