I just passed the test on my first try Monday. I’m going full time to college right now, so I don’t know if I can devote much energy yet to starting a career. My main goal was to pass the test and I’ll see where it takes me from here.

I took a real estate class from August-December last year, but I have yet to take the state test to get my provisional licensure. I’m going to schedule it sometime soon, so wish me luck!!
