I’ve been getting in great shape lately, and I finally figured out the secret to a great figure (for me at least)!
Just be really active, and get an ab wheel (a wheel with two handles on the side, its brilliant)!
I started living with a bunch of tri-athletes and to keep up I’ve started working out a ton. I eat what ever I want, but I’m always moving so it doesn’t matter. I’m getting really toned and I’m stoked, not to mention the fact that I’m getting super strong and my stamina is really high.

I really don’t understand, last semester all I did was drink too much and sit around watching tv, I gained a little weight, but not too much. However, I wasn’t satisfied with my lifestyle so I stopped drinking so much, and I’ve started running 3 times a week, but its not helping. I actually feel like my stomach is getting flabbier (is that a word, well it is now). I wanted to get in shape for the summer but I’m just not seeing any progress!! I even try to eat mostly healthy food full of vegetables, and lots of fiber.
This is so frustrating.

I don’t have the most desireble body right now. I would really just like to lose this extra weight I’ve put on since I’ve been living in Spain. I’m generally pretty fit and active, but here I do nothing but hang out in my flat playing on the internet or reading. I’m not in horrible shape but I’m starting to get pudgy in places that should be a little firmer. It’s a bit of a vainty thing, but I also think for health issues I really would like to become slimmer. Of course, I say this as I sit on the couch wasting my time with the internet. However, my problem is that its so hard to find active things to do in this city with out having to pay for them, and I don’t have very much money! I can’t wait for the day when I get to go home to Idaho and I can simply walk out of my house into the woods and hike around for hours, go swimming in the lake, or go play ultimate frizbee with the old hippies in the park!
