Yesss!!!!! Under the 2 hour mark, never imagined that I could do it. Now I can mark this one off my list – but I am planning to do another in the Fall and now I can add FULL MARATHON to my list for Next MAY!!! So I will be training my buns off! The added benefit I can actually change up my Be Fitter goal on the list – as Im doing that too! Since I started training I cut back on so many bad habits that were holding me back its amazing!

Ive been training, Ive been eating well, and Ive got a bit of a chip on my shoulder this week that I just need to run off. Boss driving me nuts? gonna run you off, ex-playing mind games too? gonna run you off, kids attitudes get out of my way, co-worker being bitchy FU! RSB you running beside me then kissing your wife at the end..kiss this! Im going to run the damn thing, no pain, no rain or brain drain is going to slow me down! Sorry Ive been feeling a little angry past couple of days. Little marathon should do me GOOD! : )
that hard…up to 18K in 1 hour 58 mins…but todays run was really crappy only 13K and my breathing was not in time. Must have been all the birthday cake, wine, bread, brie, sushi and generally bad food I ate this week during the birthday festivities So for the next 14 days it is really healthy eating….you know what they say Garbage in, garbage out…and I want to kick ass at on the 15th of May…for everyone who ever said NO to me, everyone who ever said YOU CANT DO THAT….well you know what you can do! :p
