going to start seeing sports physio and get an MRI-
and maybe a brace.

I think it is getting better-
But I am still having alot of trouble-...
I am going to go to the doctor and try to get referred to an orthopedic surgeon or sports doctor..

I really wish I would have done this alot earlier.
I went to a sports physio and they think what I may have is a high ankle sprain-
So it looks like with an ankle brace and some rehab exercises I may be able to run again (cross fingers)
Although I might have to perm. wear a brace-
which sucks-
I wish I would have gone to physio ALOT earlier- they had way more to say then the doctor
First physio appt tomorrow!
We will see what they have to say!
It feels good to start being a little more proactive about this..
1) Go to Physio Regarding My Ankle
2) No cycling/ or running
3) Get orthodics
4) Take a course of advil
5) Ice When possible
Got inmpatient and went cycling-
totally shouldn’t have done that
I am certainly feeling it now…eeeK!
not a fracture though
got bone scan and xray..
so soft tissue then…
