maybe I have been too ambitious with this goal, before I was aiming for around 6AM.
Perhaps I should start slow…lets start with regular wake time around 8AM.
That sounds doable. All about easing in to it.
I am still not sure how to balance the odd late nights and weekends
or the times you sleep in accidently..
I also have a job where my brain needs to be functioning 100% I can’t just zombie through my day. That is an entirely useless day .
What can I do? I relish early morning hours but I also relish that super well rested feeling…
I have had this on my list for as long as I can remember.
I just never get into a groove
I wake up early and feel terrible all day and the next day I sleep in.
I feel like if I got up early consistently my life would be better but I just can’t manage it.
I have been trying to do this for years!!!
I used to try 5Am, but I would settle for 7AM…:(
Today I jumped out of bed at 6:30AM! got to work just after 8Am-
felt like a total superstar!
it just brightened my day!:)
Will do tommorrow too!
okay once and for all I’m becoming a morning person- early
5:30AM is the time I’ve decided on!

I got up today at 5:30

I will consider this goal accomplished when I’ve managed to get up at 6AM for 30 days in a row.
tommorrow I’m going to get up the same time my boyfriend gets up-this is around 7am its going to be tough but I think I’ll manage
