So I signed up for and started training for a marathon a few years back and then jsut before my taper I fell down getting off a bus
that resulted in an injury that didn’t allow me to run for over a year!! and I am still rehabing!!
But now I have even managed to do a half marathon not as fast as before.. but just doing it was great!
I want to take on the marathon neext year!
I am thinking the ottawa marathon it’s about 250 days away.
I want to get back to get in touch with my old running spirit!
