ok i ate a chocolate pudding yesterday evening.
so my total calories are: ~700kcal

that’s ok.
but i ate chocolate .. i love sweet stuff :D:D
i have to change this ^^

well, until now i’ve eaten a pretzel and 2 sandwiches with butter and cheese.

i think for dinner i will have some fruits ..
and that’s all for today :)

still weigh 68kg .. still too much .. my boyfriend started asking me what’s going on with my body, because i grew so much during the last months. i really did .. i’m so bored and i cannot find things i could do instead of sitting in front of the tv and eat when i come home from school. my parents work all day long and so i’m eating what i can find in our house .. horrible !!!

added: ok i had something for dinner .. 1 apple and 1 banana, and also some sweet stuff but not much :)

hi everybody :) 13 months ago

my name’s lisa and i’m almost 18. in february i have my prom and i really wanna loose at least 40 pounds (equals ca. 20kg).
my height is 168cm (5,5) and my current weight is ~150 pounds.
well, i wanna reach 50-55kg (110-121 lbs). and i wanna reach this goal in 4 months. this means, 4-5kg per month. is that possible ??? i think so .. or at least i’ll try :D:D

i started my diet today. i had 2 black coffees, 1 apple, and a grilled chicken caeser salad. some tea, water and a diet coke. and i think i’m going to eat some more apples and bananas now :D
so .. a good first day i think.

let’s see what happens tomorrow!!!
