I’m getting better at this. Really, I am. Tonight’s just a fluke. The rest of the week has (mostly) been in bed around 10 or 10:30. I tried tonight, but too much on my mind. Maybe tomorrow. Maybe. Probably not. Probably Sunday night will be next chance to sleep early.
