trying for 4 miles. — 2 months ago
but two miles a day should be good for now. i am getting faster. but when i try to go again later that day maybe i am completly dead. i will get off after two minutes. so till i know for sure i am ready to run 4 miles i am sticking to my routine. 2 miles in the morning. i have been averaging about 20 minutes at 6.5 mph. and then either i do 10 minutes of the stair master or 15 mis on the eliptical machine. ad then like the rest usually for like 20 mins i do as many set of abdominal exercise i can do. no half ass shit. i need to change up my routine to target everything. i catch myself doing the same exercise over and over again. my upper stomach is smaller but the bottom is the not losing that fast. but regardless i am very proud of my progress. i havent managed to weight myself and i think its better for me. im not concerned as much about losing weight, more fat instead.
