I’ve just restarted my exercise regime. I managed to get 4 sessions in last week and 2 (almost 3) this week. Aiming for 5 next week let’s see how we go.

I’d really like to be fit enough to do much better at the BRW triathalon next year and maybe even participate in the Brooks series beginning November this year. Oh well.
