become ambidextrous

This past week, I found myself standing on a ladder, hanging on with my right hand while I scribbled Hebrew on the wall with my left hand (long story). It felt surprisingly natural and looked quite readable. Too bad my English still looks third-grader-esque.

I’m taking my class notes left-handed, and it is really HARD! It still takes a lot of concentration and feels awkward. Brushing my teeth left-handed is weird but easier now, and drinking left-handed feels okay. I have a long way to go yet.

I’ve actually started working on this. For the past 3 or 4 days I have spent a few minutes every day trying to write with my left hand. At this rate, it’ll probably take 5 or 6 years, but hey, that’s still a goal accomplished.
