I hadn’t been much since tendon surgery a few years back.
Went out on a path around a small lake with traffic the main challenge. That and keeping my body so tense at the beginning so that every muscle ached in the first five minutes. After a while, I loosened up and began to enjoy quite a bit more. A great follow-on goal will be to get out and skate every week or two. But don’t want to lose site of goal for more kayaking. Each in its own time I guess.
