So, I’m finally at the point where I know I need to push myself to be more active and I need to bring my lunch to work and cut down on calories. BOY, is it hard! I’ve done it before and got out of the habit after a breakup and just kind of did what I wanted until I started worrying about a few pounds I had put on and my fibroid.
I’m back in my routine – cooking at home, counting calories and fat and exercising more. I’ve been going to yoga, walking during the week on my nights off from yoga and have added a Saturday morning run into the mix. Pretty soon I will be starting adult ballet classes (YAY!) and will keep up with that. The classes are near my new place and are pretty cheap! I just hope they are challenging enough, which at first, I’m sure they will be!
Anyhow – keeping with this – I’m not marking it complete until I know that I’m staying with this and in fact, I may never say this one is complete because I have to keep on being good to myself and my health! That never ends! :)
