Replace one craving for another

I’ve recently been relapsing from my goal of eliminating soda. I’ve realized that it compliments certain meals so well that eliminating it completely might not be realistic for me.

Still, when I was drinking only water, I found that my cravings for soda were being replaced with honest cravings for water. In addition, because of my period of only drinking water, I now find that too much soda has a tendency of making me feel crappy.
