Recently Boing Boing mentioned Ben Franklin’s 13-point plan. He made a checklist to monitor the progress on his goals.
I’ll go to the dollar store tomorrow to pick up one of those elementary progress charts. I’ll put some sort of motivational saying at the top and then list check boxes each day for things like: touch toes 3x, brush at night, floss, journal, etc..
Hmm, I hope it doesn’t get too tediuos.
