So, I’m off to the store to buy staples and some specifics for creating two chicken dishes. One seems easy and like it could be a quick, regular meal that goes with anything: Herb Chicken Breast Tenders from Rachel Ray. Hopefully, easy! The other came about because I’m craving Indian food. I should probably just walk up to Chutney’s, but I’ll give it a shot. It’s Indian Chicken in Tomato Cream Sauce. Super fattening with heavy whipping cream as one of the ingredients, but good for a sometime meal. And stuff with some fat in it is bound to taste good, which will help in my confidence building as a chef. My dad’s a chef, sheesh, this should be easy!
