get my wisdom teeth out

Saw the doc, and I am healing up just fine. Thank goodness I don’t have to get another surgery. And I can really check this one off my list!

So, I got my wisdom teeth out, but during surgery I guess a little hole formed in the left sinus. They said it should close on its own, but it’s been a week and not closed yet! If it doesn’t close on its own, I have to have another surgery! I’m following their advice and taking the antibiotics and sudafed like they said, but I’m still worried. I might have to change this from worth doing to not!

33 and finally can say I took care of this! I would highly recommend Dr. Neal in Northgate, Seattle. I was extremely nervous, and both assistants and Dr. Neal put me at ease. They called me twice during the day after my surgery to check on me. I left with clear instructions (to my boyfriend), an icepack and even some lemonade lip balm, baby! Feeling pretty good on the third day now. Had to refill Vicodin, but I think pain is under control now. This is going to look great in the “Did it” column on the right!

Monday is the day. I’ve got the mushy food, drugs and chauffeur. The surgery is confirmed, and they will give my boyfriend all the instructions we need after I wake up. Ice packs, too. I will be glad to have it over with; frankly, I’m most nervous about going under. I will be glad to check this one off my list!
