5 miles earlier this afternoon but…
Overindulged on Easter dinner…may exercise a bit more later tonight.
Well, I’ve been a bit down lately and have really turned to food and alcohol to deal. As a result, I’ve gained everything I’ve lost back. So now I have to start alllllll over again with the weight loss. This time I’m doing it right. I’m not drinking (it’s not helping emotionally anyway), having more control over what I eat, and actually workout 6 days a week; Monday through Saturday.
So, I’ll eat healthy, not eat the junk that co-workers are eating, bring my own lunch, no snacks, and attempt to eat the same time each day, drink water and tea, phase out coffee<—-though, I think that’s asking too much of myself, lol.
I had dinner with an uncle the other day. I hadn’t seem him for some months. My mom informed me that he had some lbs and it is quite noticeable. He looks so much better and seems to be so much happier. He’s back to his old self, it seems. He even dresses differently (or rather, like his old self)...seeing his transformation really kicked me in the butt to check this off my list. 11 lbs really made a difference for him! I’m so excited to begin on my journey to slimming down and becoming my new old self! :-)
My mini goal is to do the entire Hip Hop Abs Total Body Burn workout without stopping! A little challenge within a challenge should interest me into working out more and ultimately shedding the pounds
Hmmm….can I lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks or less??? We’ll see…

5 lbs. lost, 15 to go!!!!!
Just think, if I actually start exercising, I’ll lose the 15lbs. in no time!
