I realize that I’ll probably feel much more energized if I were to get more sleep! I should aim at going to sleep earlier and get approximately 7-8 undisturbed rest. I will attempt to work out for at least 30 minutes upon rising and eat healthy every day. I must also attempt to cut out surgery drinks, like my crack in a can, redbull and other energy drinks. I’ll start by sleeping earlier and earlier each night.
