finish baby book

Well, not too much to report… we got it out, sorted stuff, and gathered a few items to add, but really didn’t get anything DONE. Yet.

It’ll come soon. We’re way closer, and we found $10 and a $30 gift card (still good!) in cards! Sheesh! Plus a gift certificate from a friend to a restaurant that closed down, but reopened- wonder if they’ll still accept a gift certificate that is SO old?

next step: get the book out and look through to see how much is left to do

We have an actual baby book that I started filling in a long time ago, but I have to complete it. I think part of the reason I keep putting this off is that I am afraid of not doing a good enough job on it. Ah, perfectionism… gotta love it! It is such a roadblock for me sometimes.

I’m determined that with my husband’s help and by referring to photos and some notes I made on a calendar I can fill in all of his ‘firsts’ and do a good job. The longer I wait the less likely I’ll be to remember things accurately!
