I did 1.218 miles. Funny how music can really keep me moving- also covering the display helps, too.
Warmed up to Kenny Logins (I’m Alright)
Mostly worked out to AC/DC & Guns & Roses, plus the song “Pump Up the Volume”
Cool down was Jackson Rohm and other stuff I can’t remember.
I think I’ve logged some miles that I forgot to add here, but for now, my total is: 13.7

For about 25 min or so, and added: 1.139
For a total of: 9.666 (<—I don’t like that number! MUST walk tomorrow! Haha!)

I found that I’m already addicted to my treadmill workouts and have been itching to get back on it, so I did a smaller workout before I had to put my son to bed. Would’ve kept going if it wasn’t for bedtime, but of course my son is my top priority. I did walk for about 21 minutes, though. Not too bad!

I used hubby’s iPod and as I knew it would, the music motivated me so much! Instead of staring at the display, I just immersed myself in the music, even singing along when I could.
My goal was to go a longer distance than last time, which I did.
1.304 to be exact. I walked for 31 minutes.
My new total is: 7.607 which means I have: 35.393 left to go
I wore my new pink & black sneakers, which are quite comfy.
1.070 to add gives me: 6.303
Which means I have: 36.697 left to go
I walked on the treadmill, but I used my ‘shape-up’ type shoes and it wasn’t very comfortable for my feet, so I only walked for about 5 minutes. Better than nothing.
