I have chosen this 30 day challenge in one of the many that I want to start to do. I started with this one as it seemed a simple way to get started, I will try harder ones and have a few in mind. I may even run to at the same time. But I have found that the 30 day challenge kept me present and more focused because I committed to the process… And I liked learning a bit about some of the people whose quotes I used. This last one I picked because it goes as a good introduction to the next one I want to start about positive visualizations.
