10 pounds a month average, in 2010. If I can keep that up, then I will make my goal. I will weigh in the first of the year. After that I plan on weighing in at the beginning of every month. I don’t want to be that obsessed about my weight this coming year. I want to focus more on getting healthy and being fit. With that will come the weight loss :)

Well I went up quite a bit. Just kind of let my weight get away from me, but now it’s time to start new and fresh. I was actually over 300 pounds for a bit which was scary and that pushed me to jump back on the wagon. So right now I’m at 295 and my plan is to go down from there :)
been doing that great over this summer, but I am not going to beat myself up over it. I just got to dust myself off and try again. I went up quite a bit and it’s kind of scary. My problem is always the eating. I exercise but the bad stuff I eat just cancels all that out. I am going to try to get back on track these next few weeks and then I will weigh myself. Oh that dreaded scale!
it has been waaay too long since i have been on here. long enough for the layout to change. well dang.
i gotta stop being lazy and get back on my goals (especially this one)

Well I gained for a few weeks. It was really because I was stressing a bit, and eating a bit too much. But I weighed myself yesterday and this past week I have been eating better and I weight trained at least once this week. I’m going to work on fitting exercise back into my schedule. I have lost what I gained plus 3 pounds, putting me right at 240 =]

Today i came in weighing at 243 pounds. Which I am grateful for. Even though it is only 1 1/2 pounds that I lost, it is way better than a gain. I think my eating could have been a little better last week. The only thing I can do now is move on and try better this week.
I can’t believe at the beginning of the year my weight was sitting at 256. And now I am down 13 pounds from that. It feels good.

I came in weighing at 244.5 pounds! Which is a 7 pound lost since last week! I think I might hit my plateau when I reach about 230, cause usually that is when it always happens. But I will try not to let that get me down when that time comes. I’ll keep trying! =]

I was looking at this goal, and I don’t believe I am going to get it completed by the time I have set. But that’s ok, I’ll just do what I can and be proud of that.
I weighed at the beginning of the year, and then I weighed 256 pounds (yes, I know I went up, oooh the holidays).
Then I weighed in today and my weight is 251.5 which is amazing. I was honestly surprised I lost 4 and 1/2 pounds cause even though I have been exercising, my eating wasn’t that great. Hopefully I can try harder this week.
