Every moment can become a new start, even though a few moments ago it seemed like your world was about to end for the horrible choices you made. I’m ready for my new start now. I feel horrible when I don’t eat healthy, and I haven’t eaten healthy in quite a while. I want to do my best to go through everyday and be prepared with what I’m going to eat versus wondering what I should shove in my mouth next.

For tomorrow I have to work. So, most of my day will be at home. For work I plan on bringing my own dinner rather than buying something out. I plan on making a food journal for each day before that day comes. I’m hoping this works out because I’m running out of options.



weekends 12 months ago

are killing me, especially food wise. all week I did wonderful and POW the weekend hit me like a brick. friends want to go out on the weekends. Dad for some reason likes to buy junk food on the weekends. It’s just sick. I just need more self discipline. Bah weekends… and just to think, it’s only Friday…



today 13 months ago

was my long day at school.

I did not have time to pack myself a lunch and i forgot to bring a banana with me, so I ate pretty bad for lunch. I guess all I can do now is eat lighter later. If I take money with me, I try not to take too much so I’m not tempted to really go out and eat.

This is just something I need to work on and say NO to when I do have a lot of money on me. Psssh.

At least I don’t know where my debit card is (people don’t freak, I know it’s in my room somewhere haha). Some money is being saved that way!



this is going... 16 months ago

much better than i’d say about a week ago. being very low on money forces you to eat healthier. or at least not eat as much haha. I just need to focus when going to restaurants, just choosing healthier meals. and not stopping at the fast food places. it makes it difficult especially when i am going to a school that is a 30 minute away drive. but i can always just take some extra snacks with me. healthy snacks that is ;)



i have 22 months ago

been doing pretty well with this, but then again everytime I write an entry about me eating healthier, the next day something bad happens haha. Hopefully not this time. I’m trying to eat less meat. I’m just eating fish and chicken. I haven’t been eating too much. Since I have a job, that’s helping my boredom, cause usually when I would eat junk was out of boredom.
Oh no.. I only work 1 day this week… and that was today… haha. Hopefully I can make it through the rest of the week with this eating healthier goal

I can say... 23 months ago

Now I have been eating way healthier than I have before. Sure, I might have something every now and then that I enjoy but I don’t let that make me feel guilty. I have been eating less than what I would used to. It is nice to be full or satisfied quicker. I think exercise helps with that as well. && eating healthier really helps me to feel better. I feel like it gives me more energy.

So hopefully I can make eating better a life style rather than a temporary thing =]
