Wow, i actually went down a size and I havent really been doing much but eating right. well that is something good I guess. If I add exercise into the routine everything will be great.

I picked up Bob Greene’s Total Body Makeover at the library. He seems to have a lot of good advice, maybe this will be the motivation i need.
I really need to get myself in gear and one thing would be for me to really cut out fast food and high calorie juices and other stuff. And I really do need to kick up the pace as far as my working out goes too. Need to get some type of plan into action.
Joined sparkspeople and i have been logging my work outs. Logging what I eat is going to be a pain but im going to stick to it.
I have been working out two times a week but I think Im going to increase this to at least four or five times a week. Im also going to start planning my meals out so I dont just pick up anything to eat or fast food. Im hoping to stick to this, this time. Exercise really isnt so bad, but I do hate doing it.
Im aiming to get up in the morning and do one of my workout videos just the 30 minute one thats all. Shouldnt be too hard!
God, i have been doing terrible at this goal, i havent moved my ass not once in any type of physical activity, i would really like to lose some weight by christmas that would be nice.
went walking twice this week, its a big start for me. Im working on losing this 15 pounds and toning my body up.
Im up working and its about 4:49am. I had a salad and a Breyers Fruit popscicle(they are so good). I was thinking of chips or something else. But glad I chose this one.
