Going to sit down next week and make my menu out for the next couple of weeks since i will be doing some grocery shopping soon! Its been working, i only ate out three times within the month of october!

Sat down tonight and cooked four chicken breast, I cubed one of them and marinated it for stir fry, cubed another one for chicken salad, and left the other two whole. Slid them in the freezer for next week. I browned some sausage as well for breakfast’s

I wrote down a list of things i would like to make for myself but i need to write down the days and what im going to eat on those days.

Since I work from home, things can get a little hectic with work, housework, and school, oh yeah and life in general. But, I did make myself a big batch of breakfast burrito’s and froze them. Should last me all of next week. Much cheaper than hot pockets, and it didnt take that much time either.
