I worked out too hard a week ago, and had to take a break.
So now, time to start over. This time, I’ll pace myself.

...went 5 times in the past three weeks.
I’m going right now… that’ll make 6x.
I can do better.
i go to the gym bout 5 days a week.
focusing on cardio first. i like the elliptical machines.
familiarizing myself with the equipment, and meekly lifting weights.
i thought i could get myself fit in 6 weeks… now, i’m thinkin more like 3-6 months.
but i like going, i have the time, and i’m motivated!

the only way I’m going to make it through this process is if I start working out regularly. It will give me something positive to do with my free time, get me out of the house, and will get me in better condition.
I’ve worked out a few times on this trail of tears, and it does give you more control over your emotions.
I’m tired of procrastinating on this!
