I’ve been going swimming twice a week, and every time I go I swim at least 2 miles (64 laps, 128 lengths)
Should help me build muscles, if I keep it up
Right now, every other day I do 6 sets of 40 push ups. I’m sure there’s better ways to get strong, but I don’t have any fancy weight lifting things or anything, so I’m doing push ups.
I know I’m improving, because originally I did 6 sets of 25, then I got stronger and started doing sets of 30, then I started doing sets of 35, and now I can do sets of 40. Atleast I know it’s doing something
