organize my computer files

I have been going through and organizing my sheet music files on my computer and MusicPad (http://www.freehandsystems.com/) for the last month or so, and what a huge difference this has made! Someday I will have my entire music library with me wherever I’m playing, but for now I have a good chunk of it with me (whatever I’ve scanned so far) and it’s all arranged in nice, neat folders so I can find stuff fast. Having neat and organized music really encourages me to practice!

Since I’ve started bookmarking things using http://del.icio.us, I’ve at least avoided adding to the clutter of my browser bookmarks, and now they are searchable and accessible from other computers too. Now all I have to do is go through the glut of bookmarks I have already and start either adding them to del.icio.us or else deleting them.
