Workspace

To get myself in the mood this year, I gave myself the gift of space. This was mostly a dead zone and unusable, but I cleared everything out, put in a usable desk, and cleaned it up with things I liked.

Now I have no excuse not to do art everyday. Not that I had one before. I’m excited.

Also, it’s annotated if you click on it.

Ah, memories. 17 months ago

Seeing this goal was perfect for me…

Last year, I asked my father for some random supplies as a birthday gift and he laughed, saying with great sarcasm, “Are you still collecting art supplies?” After a pure look of indignation, I realized he was right to think so. I haven’t really been sharing anything art-wise, lately, and I have a pile of things that I meant to try and haven’t.

Might keep a photo or video journal of the new things I try out that are unopened. That way I’ll be able to record different ways of using them with fresh eyes.
