I have seen a specialist and have a program, about a year of down time from disc golf because it hurts to much to throw. No surgery though which is a plus. Just keep working the exercises and building the muscles until it is gone.

Although part from the forearm to wrist is better still the tendon from the back of the elbow is very painful.
The weights have worked wonders on the wrist to forarm part of the tennis elbow. It is gone. I still have a strain behind the elbow and the tendons get sore but so much better. i have to research exercises to clear that up.
