since my doctor increased my meds for the thyroid my metabolism is dropped down a lot and im reallt ticked off about it…so ive given up soda and french fries…and i am going to try and start some type of work out routine…i figure i can reward my self every time i loose 20 lbs…go on a mini vaca or something…im still figuring it out…but at least ive got the right idea going…
