starting to see results, my body is getting toned up and my arms and shoulders look wider…oouuh yeah baby! gotta keep on keeping on



persistance

For the last month or so my buddy and i have been going to the part to jog for half an hour after work 3 times a week. He is 250 pounds but he can keep up pretty good. I’m 135ish pounds and i can go for a long time but my lung capacity is diminished since i had asthma when i was a child. my goal is to get as close to 150 pounds as i can in muscle weight, his goal is to go under 200. so heres the breakdown:

Stage 1: Jogging only for a month. to build stamina
Stage 2(now entering): Jogging while holding one 7.5 round disc weight in each hand, while moving arms up and down, punching, anything to get them worked out, then go to children’s sand pit and run on sand the same way (extremely tiring). Do this for a month as well.
Stage 3: Jogging as a form of warm up and strap weights to our calves or thighs, and move up to 12 pound weights to each hand. Do this for another month or so.
Stage 4: Unplanned

Also other sidegoals:
-Do pushups with one arm
-Be fit for next year’s backpacking trips
-Look and feel good
