Only good people feel guilty. It is important though to know how to use it.
1) Do something about a situation to make it right. Or learn the lesson, make a resolution to not do it again, and move on.
2) Let it go, if the guilt is not warranted.

A. when something is worth worrying about…
-get good advice on how to resolve it
-research the latest information about it
-do something constructive about it
B. when something you worry about is out of your control…
-distract yourself. Get absorbed in something else.
C. Be honest when worrying is a symptom of you not wanting to do anything about your problem.
Feeling emotions does not mean you are out of control. You can control how you express your feelings.
Wake-up about what I’m about. Be conscious. What unconscious, negative “programs” run when I’m not aware.
If I feel bad, what am I really doing? What do I do when I am trying to protect myself from “threats”? Do I want to continue in this way? Do I really want to handle my world like this?
Use moments of equilibrium to look about myself with reasonable calm and detachment. Perspective is harder to achieve when in the middle of some major and possibly chaotic change.
Bring to light my darkest and most hidden fears (AKA my shadow). By exposing my phobias and denied self I can clean them out of my mind and deepen my introspection.
