i miss this treat so much that i have resorted to buying “magic shell” chocolate sauce that will harden on ice cream, and experimenting to find what form of soft cheese i could freeze to go in the middle. ricotta is really really wrong. and i don’t know that draining liquid from cottage cheese and compressing it will really work. i think the magic shell flavor i have is really off too. (i shouldn’t have gotten the fudge flavor.)
oh well, i guess i have to go back to hungary some time!
