Heys….not much to report. Exactly 1lb loss. Have to lose 5 more in order to be under 200 by end of this month…doable? Don’t know but hell yeah I am going for it….. I don’t think I could expect more since I have only exercised 3 days in the past week and none for 1 hours….always less….
Anyhows, see you in the “under 200lbs club”….

hello friends, friend-wanna-bees, buddies, pals, comrades, by-standers, strangers, young, old, hip, the curious, the happening and the not-so happening…! it is time for an update…. i warn you ….take a seat, a deep breath, maybe a sip (or glass) of water and hold on for dear life…..
here it is!
4.3lbs of fat loss!!! yup and in a week where I only worked out once (go ahead…..hate me…!) ….. amazing if I say so myself……the trick is I learned how to control my portions, learned compositions of the foods I was eating and most important, drank like I was an Irish sailor except I drank water…
Ok…lets see what I do for coming week since I have a serious weight training and cardio program planned ……hopefully planning will equal to action…..

ok, i am on my way…yahoo!! Lost 3.2lbs from 03/01 – 03/08 …yup! in 1 week, i lost ALL THAT!!!!! results from cardio 4 times and strength training 4 times in the past week….great for week i must say so myslf…i look hot already…pssstttt!!!
