o cuople of weeks ago i was walking through the mall, and i saw this beautiful girl, could have been a supermodel, but she had the most horrible, joyless expression on her face. i got to thinking how much better she would look if she just cracked a smile. later that day i walked by a mirror and happened to notice my face. i had the same expression. slightly taken aback i smiled. although i do not consider myself to be nearly as pretty as that girl, i was surprised by the small improvements i can make on myself every day. :)
