Well, in the past 2 months I’ve been to 3 different places for the weekend or for a long weekend. It’s been fun – went with friends to Amsterdam and Madrid and with my parents to Dublin. Loved all of them, but I could really see myself living in Amsterdam… what a lovely city.

Went to Morocco for a few weeks – just got back on Friday. I got sick about 10 days into the trip, so it wasn’t perfect – guess I’ll have to go back! It was amazing. I loved the country, but did tire of the food. We are so spoiled with all the choices we have at every meal. The art in the country is amazing and the landscapes are breathtaking. I took the GAP Adventures ‘Highlights of Morocco’ trip. I highly recommend it, but bring a sleeping bag for the desert and mountains!

So, I’m here in Jo’burg for the next 3 weeks – I’ve been here just over a week and am enjoying it. Will be in Cape Town for New Year’s Eve. I’m here for work, but am making every weekend count – seeing everything I can. It’s beautiful! I can’t wait until my safari at Kruger!!!

What a lovely place!!! I am planning on heading back there sometime, as there was so much to do that 3 days was not nearly enough time. I am in love with Gaudi’s works and the city itself was so lively and fun. I didn’t even get a chance to go shopping, there was just so much to do! HIGHLY recommended place to visit.

Got back from Iceland yesterday! It was really wonderful. We stayed in Reyjkavik and went to the Blue Lagoon twice. We also went horseback riding, shopping, and rented a car and drove all over the Southern part (saw Geysir, Golfoss, and lots of scenery.) The Icelandic people are some of the friendliest people I’ve met thus far…. It was a great trip!

Went to Copenhagen last weekend… was wonderful! I saw my friends Anna and Maria and my favorite dance group – Alvin Ailey Dance Company. They were (as always!) amazing.

It was a good time and I had great fun. Copenhagen is great for shopping and is a great city to bicycle and walk about.

Went to Paris last weekend for 4 days… fabulous!! Being in the UK allows me access to so many places I haven’t been. August Bank Holiday I’m off to Scotland for the 1st time!

I think this will always be on my list, as I really love to travel and honestly don’t think I will ever stop. Maybe I should move this to #1, although to me that implies that I should finish it first…
