i’ve spent a lot of time try’n to put on weight; i’ve bought hell’a supplements and ate and drank a lot of tasteless stuff all for the sake of weight gain; I think i made a little headway, when i started lifting weights..but i find i have to lift weights like at least 3 time a week maybe 4 times a week to start making a difference..and I actually couldn’t keep such a schedule up..it got expensive and difficult to maintain..cause i also got to work, shop and cook and eat and sleep in all that work out stuff..so i bought my own weights..but that got to be a lot of trouble..keeping the extra equipment around to go with the free weights..like a bench and shit..right now i just got the curl bar and a dumbbell set left..and i’m thinking if i could just focus on a routine with these that would be great; well now, i am older and lazyer..than when i started..and the ting is my weight has stayed roughly the same since i was a young man..like right now i’m in the 165-170 range..well, i’m 6’1” and most think that fair..it’s just i think i look too skinny..and i want to put some more mass on..
