This obviously is not working. My current diet is that I eat what I want, but I TRY to control the portions. Portion control is a very big issue for someone who loves those 99 cent Totino’s pizzas. I season them just right for me, and they’re a 99 cent indulgence! Too bad I indulge about once a week.
I guess that helps to identify a smaller, easier goal: eliminate Totino’s pizzas for the next month! I’m not too fazed by that, and reaching that goal could be very encouraging towards the largest goal of improving my eating habits.
Now, if I could just incorporate more veggies. At least I try to drink V8 during the week. It has to be low sodium V8 because the regular makes my right eye shut involuntarily as I try to swallow all of that salt. No, it’s not a pretty picture.
