I finally did it again. I didn’t realize that so much time had went by. I have a terrible internal clock and calendar. Maybe that’s why I haven’t heard my biological clock ticking. Thank God!
Damn! Only two weeks? Well, instead of going to Kroger for a tasty high calorie fix, I got a cup of light yogurt out of the fridge. 100 calories, and I’m so proud of the discipline. Two weeks to go on my goal….
I went quite a while without Totino’s but I decided to satisfy my craving this past Wednesday. I had a Three Meat pizza and added oregano, dried peppers (you know, the spicy stuff at Pizza Hut and other Italian-related restaurants), and a touch of garlic salt. It was pretty tasty. So that was July 12. I almost went 2 months.
That just means I need to start fresh again. I’m sure I can make it for another month because I’m not sitting at the computer with the shakes or a junkie itch. I’m pretty cool, plus I’ve been exercising. I just have to “stay clean” through mid-August.
July 10, and still no Totinos!
Granted, I’ve had some other unhealthy items, but I’ve kept the Totinos at bay. Next, I’ll have to ban myself from a fast food restaurant for a while. I’ve gotta figure that one out.
I DID IT!
I’m craving it right now, but it feels good to know that I’ve accomplished a major goal. Plus, I think I have lost some weight due to finding something else to eat like salads (for real), sandwiches, eggs and/or oatmeal in the morning, anything but my addiction.
I think I may have to continue to avoid the pizza a while longer before I indulge in my treat. I’m so proud!
and still going strong. I haven’t had any pizza at all! Now, I’ve had some Taco Bell and Checkers since then, but nothing extreme. No pizza!!! Wow, only 16 days to go.
It’s been one week! Yay for me. I haven’t touched Totino’s. I haven’t even been in the frozen pizza section for anyone’s pizza. I sure want pizza from a local pizzaria…, but I’m trying to stay focused on getting in shape and losing weight. Go ME!
I love Totino’s Pary Pizzas. It’s that simple. And cheap! Where else can I get a pizza fix just the way I like it for 99 cents??? Totinos!!!
But, it’s keeping the big girl fat. It’s so easy to make a dinner out of a sausage, three meat, or mexican pizza seasoned just the way that I like it with garlic powder or excessive oregano. It’s delicious, but it’s 700+ calories in one sitting.
In the effort to reach the bigger goal of “stick to my diet”, I decided to find a smaller goal, and not eating Totino’s for a solid month seems reasonable. If I can get rid of it for a month, then why not two months after that? If I can get rid of one item for one month, then what about other things that are bad for me?
The next part is to replace Totino’s with something good for me, like more salads. Maybe more baby carrots? At least I drink V8…when I don’t let it go bad in the fridge. I won’t let this bottle go bad! I promise! Oooh, that’s another goal…..
