stop apologizing so much

I apologize about _everything And most of the time its stupid. Someone asks me to do something but I have to work? I spit out “I’m sooo sorry” a hundred times and then time to find someone to take my shift. Someone asks to borrow a CD that I don’t have anymore? I spit out a couple “I’m sorrys” then try to find someone who has the CD and hook the two up. I say something I think is a little mean to someone I like and I’ll spit out a thousand “I’m sorrys” even if its true!! (If the person has an attitude and asks me if they do? I say yes then feel like a jagoff)
