a month and a half into my brand new gym membership and i have already had two calls from my trainer asking “why haven’t you been in lately?”
The sad thing is – i think i have some really legitimate reasons (travel, sick, working too much, friend in from out of town) This is going to be a bigger life-style change than I anticipated! “Twenty minutes, three times a week” my ass!
