Officially A non-smoker! 11 months ago

I’m a non smoker now! :)
for how long… huh… forever!
I’m gonna keep this goal for a little while longer just in case I feel like having a cig… I can’t believe that I’m made it after how many trials and errors, Oh I dunno but it feels like a million times! I would rather not put myself true that again! so This time its really it! I just feel it!

plus it helps that I haven’t smoked in quite some time now :) I breathe better I feel like a have so much more energy

I don’t want a cig.
I’m calm… relaxed…
I didn’t smoke last evening, and went to bed early. This morning i woke up at 6:30… and decided I would go back to bed because I woke up wanting a smoke, I slept until almost noon, I had a cig long after I woke up, its been 4 hours now since I had my only cig of the day and before that i didn’t have one for 18 hours.
That was my quota for the day one smoke I had it and its weird but even talking about it now I still don’t want one… :D
I’m going to go to bed early again tonight.

Oh.. :( ... This is so hard…
I’m starting to think i might just have to get some patches or gum… Something!
Cold turkey is so not working out for me, I’m not bad at not smoking a lot, there has been some progress.

Alright tomorrow… my quit date.. I think I’ll do pretty good… considering to help myself out i’m leaving for mexico for a week!

Today I was looking for a goal worksheet… and I happen to fall on a website with a quit worksheet! I thought It was so great! I’m the kinda of person that needs to discipline and organise myself or I’m totally lost!
A health worksheet Is the perfect thing for me! I’ve been struggling with this goal big time… but i always try to do the same thing when i try to quit and i get the same result… so now I’m going to try something new.
