Ate fish for lunch today, cut down rice to half cup and ate mango for dessert instead of ice cream on the fridge.
Found an affordable hydrospa with an olympic size pool. It’s too humid these days so I might go and try swimming.

hi everyone, i am jenn and i used to weigh 120lbs at 5’1. I have been a fat kid since gradeschool and I remember being teased by people, some kids at school used to call me “baboy” (pig in our language). When I turned 18, I noticed that I lost a lot of weight, people did too and I was really happy. When I started working though, I gained an insane amount of weight and I believe I now weigh around 165-170lbs. This is the biggest I have ever been.
When I look in the mirror a while ago, I saw myself and don’t recognize me anymore. My skin which used to be my pride and glory is now letting me down. That is why right now, I refuse to gain more weight but instead loose a few pounds.
I am attending my boss’s wedding in a month and going to a beach in 2 and I want to feel better about myself then.
This is just the beginning, I want to get back to my ideal weight which is 120lbs.
Encouragements, tips, advices and criticisms are welcome. I need your support. I want to do this. :)
