I’m finding this really difficult. After going strong for a couple of days (whenI was sick), I cheated and had one cigarette. Then I bought a pack. Now I keep thinking about it.

Hooray for the common cold 1 year ago

Okay, quitting smoking is so hard for me I almost didn’t put it on this list of goals because I wasn’t sure I could accomplish it.
I’ve had a cold since Friday, and yesterday I decided I would try not smoking for 24 hrs since I’m sick anyway (usually I just keep smoking, how sick is that?) And it worked! I barely want a cigarette.
And I haven’t smoked for 24 hours! Hooray!
Now we’ll see if I can keep it up when I’m healthy
