I have been doing this for 16 days. I have only fallen back once. I’m cooking organic and snacking on raw fruits and veggies. I have cut out red meat entirely. I am only eating meat(turkey or chicken) once a day, if that. I feel so much better, more energy, less fatigue, less headaches. My skin has began to clear up. I have lost 7 pounds.

I have been doing this for a week straight now. I have been consuming very little meat and when I have it was mostly how grown chicken. I have been eating organic fruits and vegetables and oh my! I feel pretty fabulous! I am having a hard time letting go of dairy:/
