Improve my photography

So I read the instruction book to my camera (I know, how unmanly), but I discovered my camera can do so much more than I realised. If only I’d know that a few weeks back when I went to Griffith Observatory to watch the sun rise over LA, how much nicer my photos would have been.

I really wanna work on this, especially right now since I seem to be in the middle of some creative bubble and I’m gonna make the most of it before it pops (please don’t let it pop, I’m having so much fun).

I should be good at this. I know the principles. I studied a media course and did photography but when I look back at my photos, they all look a little disappointing. Think most of the time when I’m out taking photos, I’m photographing a moment but at the same time, I want to enjoy that moment. So I somewhat hurridly take the photo and get on with the event.

I’d really like to just spend a day with my camera, play around with it, dedicate some time just to taking photos and see what happens.
